Classroom teaching by eminent faculty including course trainer and project trainer. Training involves lectures, power point presentations and handouts. Classroom teaching is meant for better understanding of the language.
Case studies:-
Will get opportunity to observe the models of the previous projects and also to study the various aspects of the development cycle.
Practice Sessions:-
Students have access to company’s lab where they can practice various aspects while learning. Lab facility to learn the execution of what you are learning in your lecture rooms.
Group Discussions:-
Each practice session and lab will be followed by group discussions. Major idea of group discussion is to understand the technology better and to clear doubts which arises at the time of practice.
Work Planning:-
Work planning will start with the execution of the project. Trainee’s need to plan the work process flow in accordance to the development cycle. Each project team will have 2-5 trainees depending on the complexity of the project. Every trainee will handle the different aspect of the project.
Sharing of experience:-
Every week all the trainees need to share their experience with their fellow trainees to get an overview of the problems faced during the execution of the projects and getting solutions from project managers and industry experts.
